Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Spottr ("Spottr," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Spottr.

Not medical advice

Spottr generates workout programs and coaching suggestions, including with AI. This is general fitness information, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. You're responsible for consulting a doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or are pregnant, and for using your own judgment about what your body can safely do. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury; you assume that risk when you use Spottr.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Spottr. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including training profile and injury notes) and for keeping your account secure.

Subscriptions and billing

• Spottr offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• If offered to you, a free trial requires a payment method upfront. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and you're charged. Trials are available once per customer.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
• Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Spottr for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates others' rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Spottr's systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the app or its underlying program-generation logic.
• Submit content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the training data and notes you enter. You give us permission to use it to operate the app for you, including sending relevant parts to our AI provider to generate your program and coaching, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Spottr is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated programs and coaching can be wrong, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific situation. Use your judgment and stop any exercise that causes pain. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spottr and its operators aren't liable for any injury, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Spottr and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date above; continuing to use Spottr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
